How do I Add Line Items and Descriptions to a Virtual Terminal Transaction

Products are items that you sell using CardPointe Mobile. Products created in the CardPointe desktop application are available for selection on the Register screen in CardPointe Mobile during checkout.

To create a new product:

1. Select Catalog from the top navigation menu and then select the Products tab.
2. Click Add Product.
3. On the Add Product screen, enter the product information:
• Enter a Product Name.
• Enter the Product Price.
• If applicable, enter the product SKU in the Product SKU field.
• To apply a discount, search for and select a discount in the Discount field.
• Choose whether the product should be Active.
• Active products are available for selection on the Register screen during checkout in CardPointe Mobile.
• Inactive products are not available for selection. This setting can be useful when a product is temporarily out of stock.
• Optionally, enter a product description.
4. When finished, click Save.

The product will be available in CardPointe Mobile and can be selected during the checkout process.
