How do I Create and Manage Customer Profiles in CardPointe?

CardPointe allows you to securely save customer payment information for future transactions.

After processing a customer's payment, you can create a Customer Profile to store their payment details for future purchases. Saved customer profiles help streamline the checkout process by reducing the need to re-enter payment information for returning customers.

To manage an existing Customer Profile, navigate to the Customers section in CardPointe and select View Customer Profile. From there, you can review and update customer information, manage stored payment methods, and make changes as needed.
