How do I Manually Close a Batch?

CardPointe automatically closes and settles batches at the end of the processing day based on your account settings. However, you can manually close a batch at any time if needed.

To manually close a batch:

1. Navigate to the Batch Details page in CardPointe.
2. Locate the Close Batch button at the top of the page.
3. Click Close Batch to immediately close and settle the current batch.

Once the batch is closed, the transactions included in that batch are submitted for processing and settlement.
