How do I Process a One-Time Payment in the CardPointe Virtual Terminal?

If the customer already has a saved Customer Profile, enter the cardholder's name in the search field to locate and load the profile.

Once the profile is loaded:

1. Verify the payment method to be used for the transaction.
2. Enter the transaction amount.
3. Complete any remaining required transaction details.
4. Submit the transaction.

Customer Profiles can store multiple payment methods, including credit cards and eCheck payment methods. One payment method can be designated as the default payment method for the profile.
