How Do I Update My Business DBA or Legal Name in CardPointe?

To update your business's DBA (Doing Business As) name or legal business name, submit a request through CardPointe.

Option 1: Contact CardPointe Support

Navigate to the Support tab in CardPointe and contact CardPointe Support by phone for assistance with updating your business information.

Option 2: Submit a Support Ticket
  1. Navigate to the Support tab in CardPointe.
  2. Select Create Ticket.
  3. Select the location associated with the business information you would like to update.
  4. Choose the option to update your IRS Legal Name or DBA information.
  5. Complete the required fields and provide any requested documentation.
  6. Submit the request for review.

CardPointe Support will review the information provided and contact you if additional information is needed to complete the update.
