How Do I View and Reconcile a Settled Batch in CardPointe?

To view and reconcile a settled batch, log in to BluePay Gateway and navigate to the Processing section.

1. Select Processing from the navigation menu.
2. Open the Transactions dropdown menu.
3. Select Settlement List.

The Settlement List displays your closed batches and provides details for each batch, including:

• The number of transactions included in the batch.
• The total batch amount.
• The settlement date and status.

Reviewing the Settlement List allows you to compare settled batches with your transaction records and verify that the batch amounts match your expected totals.
