Ingenico iPP320 & iPP350
The Ingenico iPP320 and iPP350 are customer-facing countertop payment terminals that support MSR (magnetic stripe), EMV (chip), and NFC (contactless) payments.
Connected directly to your point-of-sale system through a wired Ethernet connection, these devices secure transactions using EMV technology and point-to-point encryption (P2PE), helping keep transactions secure and PCI compliant.
The iPP320 features a monochrome LCD display, while the iPP350 features a larger color LCD display.

What's in the Box?- Ingenico terminal
- Ingenico multi-point mono connector cable
- Ingenico power supply
- Plug the power supply connector into the jack on the Multipoint Interface Cable.
- Connect the Multipoint Interface Cable to the Multipoint Port on the back of the CardPointe Integrated Terminal device.
- Connect the other end of the Multipoint Interface Cable to an Ethernet port, such as a router, modem, or wall jack.
- Plug the power supply adapter into an available power outlet.
Once power is supplied to the CardPointe Integrated Terminal device, the initialization process begins.
After the device successfully establishes an IP address, it attempts to connect to the service.
- If the connection is successful, the device displays Connected.
- If the connection is unsuccessful, the device displays Disconnected. If this occurs, contact CardPointe Support for troubleshooting assistance.
Once the device displays Connected, it is ready for use.
The device may remain powered on indefinitely or may be disconnected from power as needed.
Accessing and Navigating the S.O.S. MenuThe S.O.S. menu provides access to the following information:
- Version
- Date and Time
- Server Properties
- Ethernet Properties
Press F, 7, 6, 7 on the device keypad to access the S.O.S. menu.
Navigating the S.O.S. Menu- Press F2 to navigate down.
- Press F3 to navigate up.
- Press O (green button) to select.
- Press < (yellow button) to clear.
- Press X (red button) to cancel or return to the main menu.
Setting a static IP address is optional. In most cases, the device automatically receives an IP address when connected to the network.
To manually configure the network settings:
- Check the device firmware version and confirm it is version 1.6.1 or higher.
- If the device requires a firmware update, contact CardPointe Support.
- Press X (red button) to return to the main menu.
- Press F2 to navigate to Ethernet Properties.
- Press O (green button) to select Ethernet Properties.
- Press < (yellow button) to change the setting from DHCP to Static.
- Press O (green button) to edit the static IP settings.
- Press F2 to cycle through the network setting fields. Press O (green button) to enter a new value using the keypad. Press < (yellow button) to erase the last value entered.
- Press O (green button) to save each value and continue using F2 to move through the remaining fields until all values have been entered.
- When finished, press O (green button) to save the configuration.
- Press O (green button) again to continue with a terminal reset.
- Access the S.O.S. menu.
- Press O (green button) to select Version.
The currently installed firmware version is displayed on the screen.
Press X (red button) to return to the main menu.
Troubleshooting
Device DisconnectedIf the device displays Disconnected, complete the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that you are using the provided multi-point mono connector (Ethernet) cable and power supply. The power supply should be connected to the splitter on the Ingenico multi-point mono connector cable.
- Verify that the Ethernet jack on the multi-point mono connector cable is securely connected to your router, modem, network switch, or Ethernet wall jack.
- Verify that the device was obtained from the CardPointe shop or your software provider.
- Consult your IT administrator to verify that the Ethernet port being used has internet access and that your internal network allows CardPointe Integrated Terminal connections. This helps ensure that a firewall is not blocking the connection.
If the device displays Connected but is unable to connect to your application, complete the following steps:
- Confirm with your software provider that the device configuration is correctly set within your application.
- If the device configuration is correct and the issue persists, contact CardPointe Support for assistance.
Device not Prompting for Tip
Device Restarting Unexpectedly
The most common cause of a device restarting unexpectedly during the day is an incorrect time setting on the device.
Devices are configured to automatically restart at 4:00 AM local time. To update the device date and time settings, complete the following steps:
- Access the CardPointe Integrated Terminal menu.
- Scroll down to Date and Time.
- Press O (green button) to access the Date and Time settings.
- Enter the current date using the device number pad.
- Scroll down to the time field.
- Enter the current time in 24-hour format using the device number pad.
- Press O (green button) to save the settings.
PPS - 21 Invalid Merchant Error
If you experience a PPS - 21 Invalid Merchant error on the terminal, contact Merchant Support for assistance.

Before contacting support, have the following information available:
- Merchant ID
- Device hardware serial number (HSN)
- Any error messages or issues encountered on the device
