What is a Force Credit?

A Force Credit is a refund issued to a customer's card when the original transaction cannot be located in the merchant's records. Even if the original transaction ID or authorization code is unavailable, the refund can still be processed and applied to the cardholder's account. This feature requires prior approval and may not be supported by all payment processors.
