What User Roles & Permissions can I configure in CardPointe?

When creating a new user in CardPointe, you can assign either a Standard User or Admin User role. Standard Users can be restricted to specific locations and granted access only to the features they need. Permissions can be customized for areas such as the Virtual Terminal, Reporting, Billing, and Support Tickets. This allows you to control what information and functions each user can access within the system.
